- Contributing to her career as an insightful lobbyist was her position in Washington D.C. as the Legislative Aid to Congressman Mike Rogers representing Alabama’s third congressional district.
- Aimee advised and acted as first responder on a slate of legislative issues for Congressman Rogers including education, labor, environment and resources, science and technology, small business administration, postal, judiciary and telecom.
- She has worked on several key Mississippi campaigns, including Senator Thad Cochran and Representative Chip Pickering’s election campaigns in 2002.
- Aimee worked diligently to expand Montgomery County’s Partners in Education to the surrounding River Region counties by identifying areas of educational underdevelopment and matching those needs to resources within the community while petitioning city councils and chambers of commerce for support.
- Her experience as finance director for Lieutenant Governor Phil Bryant adds a depth of relationships at the top levels of government, and Aimee is well-respected among the membership as a whole within the state legislature.
