Quentin Whitwell, a founding partner of The Talon Development Group, LLC, serves his firm’s clients by providing unique and diverse legal and legislative talents, powerful grassroots organizing capabilities and effective regulatory advocacy, all complemented by his experience as an attorney and a leading government affairs specialist in various State Capitols and at the United States Capitol in Washington, D.C. Whitwell formerly worked on Capitol Hill, and knows his way around the halls of Congress.
